Would NHL Fans Embrace the Idea of a 84 Game Season?

The Toronto Maple Leafs have hit the skids a bit after a November to remember. Toronto has fell to Washington on Saturday night giving them back to back losses for the first time in a long time. Who was to blame for Toronto's loss on Saturday. Reports are indicating that the NHL would consider adding two additional regular season games. Increasing the season to 84 games, the extra games would be used to promote historic rivalries.
